Waterfront Residence in Wilton Manors

Revitalizing the waterfront of this delightful residence demanded specialist attention, and our team at Sea Me Dive Construction rose to the occasion! To kick off the transformation, we carefully dismantled both the dock frame and decking, removing 220 square feet of lumber and two concrete davit slabs.

In the next phase, we elevated the seawall cap and extended the retaining wall, spanning 115 linear feet. We increased the cap’s height by 20 inches and width by 10 inches and reinforced it with composite rebar for durability.

Along with the cap rebuild, we needed to refortify the face of the coral rock wall; we installed noncorrosive basalt structural mesh secured with SST anchors and 5000 PSI concrete to solidify and reinforce the structure.

Complementing this upgrade, we crafted a brand-new dock, mirroring the extended elevation of the cap. Using marine-grade lumber and stainless-steel hardware, we constructed a new dock built to last.
